Bulk SDS upload isn't your only option to add products in your inventory. If you want to add a product via SDS individually, you can do so through following the steps below.
This guide will show you how to:
- Click

- Make sure to click the
tab.
- Click

- Choose or drag a file to upload the SDS.
File format should be a text/doc file converted to pdf in an English language. - Click

- Search by name by keeping the first few letters of the product's name.
- Click

You can add your product through any of the following
- Assign to Product
- Create New Product
Assign to Product
- Select from the Product list.
- Click
.
The notification below appears when the product was successfully uploaded.
Create New Product
- Click
if the product is not recorded.
- Select a country from the drop-down.
- Click
.
View Uploaded Product
You can view the uploaded SDS by clicking .
You will be redirected to the Safety Data Sheet page.
Note: Toggle ON the ACTIVE column to set your selected SDS to your product.
Here are the meanings behind the SDS' Status and Quality.
SDS Status:
- Uploaded - SDS is uploaded but not parsed.
- Parsing - SDS is being read by the system.
- Unmatched - SDS was parsed but not attached to the product.
- Invalid Format - SDS was parsed but in a format not supported by the system. User can input the fields manually to validate the SDS.
- Matched - SDS was matched to a product but its contents are not yet validated.
Quality
- Un-validated - SDS was matched to a product but the user or bureau has to validated the parsed data yet.
- Validated - Account Admin validated the SDS.
- Verified - Bureau verifies the SDS. The SDS details are not editable.
- Invalid Format - SDS was matched to a product but has an invalid format.
