CleanChain's Inventory Scorecard shows an overview of your identified and unknown products, product details, its matrix, and actions made on each product.
This feature is available for both Brands and Suppliers, however, Brands can view their Supplier's Inventory Scorecard while Suppliers can only view their own Inventory Scorecard.
This guide will show you how to access and read the results of your scorecard.

on the left menu.
- Click

- Select a Supplier from the Organization drop-down. (Brands)
- Select the Inventory Scorecard's end date from the drop-down.
The Inventory Scorecard is divided into four sections: Chemical Products, Product Details, Identified Product Matrix, and Action Items.
Chemical Products show the percentages of your identified and unknown products and percentages of commodities for the past six months of your selected period date.
- Identified products are products with certificates, SDS, or commodity.
- Unknown products are products without certificates, SDS, or commodity.
- Commodities are products with commodities.
Note: Commodities are also counted from the identified products.

Product Details show the product status' count, percentage, and the description of the product status.
- Unique Product Count - Total Number of Unique Products Used in the last 6 months
- Identified Products - Total Number of Products with a ZDHC Certificate, Formatted SDS, or Chemical Score
- Commodities - Products which have been identified on the ZDHC list of commodities
- Unknown - Total Number of Products that are not tracked as a commodity, Certificate, or SDS
- Restricted Ingredient - Total Number of Products with an MRSL ingredient listed on the SDS or Chemical Score less than 20
Identified Product Matrix shows the count of product with a ZDHC Level 1,2, or 3, ToxServices or Scivera Score, or products with a Safety Data Sheet.
The highlighted number in blue shows the total count of that specific column. The number in the other columns mean that aside from the total count (highlighted in blue), those products also have a certificate under ZDHC Level 1,2, or 3, ToxServices or Scivera Score, or with a Safety Data Sheet.
Based on the image below, there are a total of three products with a ZDHC Level 3. And counted in those 3 products is 1 product with a Chemical Score.
Action Items show the products that are unknown and with a restricted ingredient. It also automatically generates the steps to add the product as identified.

Unknown - Total Number of Products that are not tracked as a commodity, Certificate, or SDS

Registered Ingredient - Total Number of Products with an MRSL ingredient listed on the SDS or Chemical Score less than 20
The details show the Product Name, PDID, Alert, Action, Non-Production Chemical, Request Cert Review, and Product Question of the product.
Non-Production Chemical (NPC) products are products that are marked as not used during the production process. Organizations can set their inventory as a Non-Production Chemical (NPC) product by following the steps below.
