How to Purchase Plans

This guide will show you the steps on purchasing paid subscriptions.

Follow the steps below to purchase CleanChain plans.

1. Log in to your Account.
   
   
   
2. Click Administration on the left navigation tab.
   
   
3. Click Subscription.
   
   
   

01/Selecting a plan

1. Click to review available plans.
   Note: There are plans that are free and plans that requires payment.
   
   
   
2.  Add a quantity to the plan you selected.
   
   
   
3. Click Add to Cart.
   
   
   
4. Click .
   

02/Payment

1. Click the drop-down to select an add-on. (Optional)
   Note: An Essentials Plan is required before adding an InCheck Add-on.
   
   
   
2. Click .
   A reminder to link your Gateway account appears to download an InCheck report.
   
   
3. Select an organization from the drop-down.
   
   
   
4. Select the plan start date from the drop-down.
   
   
   
   
5. Click .
   
   
6. Select a payment method.
   
   
7. Check the green box to agree to the terms and conditions.
   
   
   
8. Click .
   Note: 3DS credit card users require a verification to complete the payment process. Make sure to click .
   
   A notification of a successful transaction  pops up.
