When you have purchased plans in CleanChain, you must assign them to your organization(s) to activate your plan. This guide will show you how to add and assign plans to your organizations.
- Click Administration on the left navigation.
- Click Subscription.
- Click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS.
- Plans that are unassigned will appear under "Available Plans/Add-ons".
- Hover to My Organizations.
The current plan of your organization is shown. - Click
to assign a plan.
Note: You can only assign the plans you've purchased to your organizations. - Select a plan.
- Click Assign.
Note: Once a plan is assigned to an organization, you cannot switch the same plan to another organization. Please check carefully before you assign. - Click Yes.
A notification appears.
