The Compliance Dashboard enables access to an overview of your company’s compliance status based on completed compliance tasks.

01/ Using Filters in the Compliance Dashboard
- Click the Dashboard tab.
Note: The Dashboard automatically defaults to the current month. - Select from the filter area if you would like to see compliance tasks from a specific date period.
- Filter by task status and user.
The task status allows you to see an overview of All Tasks, Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. - Select the user responsible for the task.
- Click GO after completing the filter sections.

Your Compliance Dashboard will then display the Total Percentage and Total Number of Overdue, Upcoming, Dismissed, Completed Overdue, and Completed Tasks.
The Compliance Overview displays the status of tasks that make up your compliance plan.
Upcoming Tasks is the number of tasks due in the future.
Overdue Tasks is the number of tasks that are incomplete and overdue.
Completed Overdue is the number of tasks that were completed late.
Dismissed Tasks is the number of tasks that were dismissed.
Completed Tasks is the number of tasks that were completed on or before their due date.
Filter Your Task View: Select either Open or Overdue to filter your Tasks view.
Take Action on a Task: Select an action to take on a specific task from your Tasks Dashboard.
03/ Updating Task from the Dashboard
- Click the Action button on the bottom right of the page.
- Select one of the following actions.
Complete - Select this option if the task is 100% completed.
Place Task In Progress - Signal that you have acknowledged your task and are working to resolve it.
Dismiss - Select this option to temporarily dismiss the task.
For example, use the dismiss the action if a task cannot be completed on a given date.
Always provide a reason in the text box why the task is dismissed.
Hold - Select this option to place a task on hold.
You may want to use this status when tasks cannot be completed because a piece of equipment is broken, it is a company holiday, or the employee in charge of the task is out-of-office.
Delete - Only Account Admins can delete tasks.
Select this action if you are certain the task is not needed.
