The Compliance Dashboard is where you can access an overview of your company’s compliance status based on completed compliance tasks.
To Open the Compliance Dashboard:
- Click the Dashboard tab.
- The Dashboard will automatically default to the current month. If you would like to see compliance tasks from a specific date period, select them from the filter area.
- You can also filter by task status and user.
Task Status: Select the task status to see an overview of All Tasks, Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.
User: Select the user that will be responsible for the task.
- Once you have selected your filters, click GO.
Understanding the Compliance Dashboard
Your Compliance Dashboard will then display the Total Percentage and Total Number of Overdue, Upcoming, Dismissed, Completed Overdue, and Completed Tasks.
The Compliance Overview displays the status of tasks that make up your compliance plan.
Upcoming Tasks is number of tasks that are due in the future
Overdue Tasks is the number of tasks that are not completed and overdue.
Completed Overdue is the number of tasks that have been completed late.
Dismissed Tasks is the number tasks that have been dismissed.
Completed Tasks is the number of tasks that have been completed on or before their due date.
Filter Your Task View: Select either Open or Overdue to filter your Tasks view.
Take Action on a Task: Select an action to take on a specific task from your Tasks Dashboard.
Update Tasks from the Dashboard
To update a task from the dashboard, click the Action button and choose one of the following actions
Complete - Complete the task. Select this option if the task is 100% completed.
Place Task In Progress: Signal that you have acknowledged your task and are working to resolve.
Dismiss - Select this option to temporarily dismiss the task. For example, use the dismiss action if a task cannot be completed on a given date. Always provide a reason in the text box why the task is dismissed.
Hold - Select this option to place a task on hold. You may want to use this status when tasks cannot be completed because a piece of equipment is broken, it is a company holiday, the employee in charge of task is out-of-office.
Delete - Only Account Admins can delete tasks. Select this action if you are certain the task is not needed.
