Inventory Product Questions (IPQ) allow Brands to set up questions and assign each questionnaire to every Supplier.
Once you have created a questionnaire, activating the questionnaire is the next step.
- Click Chemical.
- Click Inventory Products.
- Click Manage IPQ.
- Click
under the STATUS column to disable/enable a questionnaire.
Note: Green toggle button signifies an enabled questionnaire while the gray toggle button signifies a disabled questionnaire.
If a questionnaire is turned on , it will be visible to your suppliers. Disabling the status will make the questionnaire unavailable for new products.
To edit a questionnaire, follow the steps below.
- Click the questionnaire name.
- Click
to add a question.
- Click
to edit the order.
- Toggle On under the REQUIRED column to require the specific question.
- Toggle On under the STATUS column to activate the specific question.
